Dana is a writer, researcher, brand storyteller, and consultant. Her background includes over a decade of editorial experience in companies such as Sight Unseen, Refinery29, Broccoli Magazine, Romance Journal, MyDomaine, Alla Carta, as well as agency and brand work across an array of industries, including CPG, hospitality, wellness, fashion, cannabis, technology, and voter advocacy. A staunch lover of details with omnivorous curiosity and a knack for going deep, Dana has helped dozens of brands find their voice, develop dynamic creative strategies, and tell their stories to the world.

Giselle is an Art Director based out of sunny Los Angeles, California. She's worked on everything from CPG brands, to beauty, to tech. Whether the company is big, small, global or local, Giselle has worked on it. She has a grasp on a wide range of companies, with an incredible tool box of online design tools such as Photoshot, Illustrator and Indesign, and an unbeatable ora of positivity.

Dana Rose is a graphic designer and creative strategist that helps create thoughtful and timeless brand identities. She specializes in hospitality, lifestyle, packaging design and creative strategy. She earned her B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA with an emphasis in Branding and Packaging. From the west to the east coast, Dana has the ability to bring to life a story through the simplisity of package design.

Nadia is a graphic designer with a focus on branding and package design. She has had the opportunity to work with studios such as Pearlfisher, Chase Design Group, JWT, Prophet, and Chronicle Books. She is experienced in working with iconic as well as challenger brands. Her work has been awarded by Dieline Award, Pentawards, FAB Awards, GDUSA and Core 77

YP is a UI/UX designer focus on digital product. Her multi-disciplined experience allows her to create designs that are best suited for each business. She has worked with a wide range of companies like Resy, Casper, Wondersauce, and Milk Makeup, and of course CROSBY. YP knows business design digitally, but also is a business owner herself of a handmade ceramic brand, Daily Routines, where she sells home goods such as tableware, vases, and other objects.

Julie Zukof is an brand strategist with 16 years of marketing experience as a Brand Developer, Strategy Director, Researcher, and Innovator. She brings her expertise in direct-to-consumer brands in the cannabis, fitness, wellness, start-up, fashion, beauty, technology and travel industries. Julie’s holistic branding approach and expertise includes research, development, executing strategic plans, maintaining business relationships and working with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Esteban is a Front End Software Engineer, who is energized by creating intuitive web interfaces and solving problems that no one has ever tackled before. He thrives off of expirementing with new technologies, and has expertise in technologies like CSS, SASS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot and Linux. Esteban is passionate about client-side JavaScript development and functional programming.

Harold is a PMP Certified project manager with more than 7 years of experience in the creation of information systems, leading teams in several systems implementation and integration projects for large companies from Argentina, Peru, Spain, USA and Venezuela. His vast global perspective and expirence shape his ability to uniquely lead teams of all different backgrounds and sizes.

Juan has over 10 years of experience in the software development industry wearing the hats of Product Manager, Project Manager, and Agile coach throughout his career. His experience spans across the two different worlds of agencies and product companies. During this time, he led product planning for about a dozen web and mobile products. His approach to leading is based on empowering people to take calculated risks while fostering ownership and accountability. Teamwork, over-communication, and servant leadership define his work ethos.
